Instrument rated commercial pilot here and this makes no sense. What pilot rating is required? Private or as high as commercial, cause that’s what the 250 hrs seems like and every flight school is FAA approved lol. Also is this gonna be restricted to FAA law and annual inspections, pre flight requirements, csnt fly in IMC conditions if you aren’t instrumented rated, this is so dumb
