So important to speak about this from mimbars but also we need to talk about women who are not mothers and may be experiencing hormonal imbalance due to their menstruation. There is a constant fluctuation in female hormones throughout the 28 day cycle - women’s mood / emotions / feelings and body react to this and it can cause similar unhappiness / stress/ upset…. Men must understand this - not taught enough to our Muslim men
