I had a manager due this to me. Thankfully I took photos of the schedule. She changed the schedule on my day off and didn’t inform me to fire me. I was there when the district manager escorted her out.

You could actually sue for a hostile work environment and management targeting you. Regardless of her being let go. It's the higher-ups' job to make sure management isn't doing such things. should have been a policy change where the manager, employee, and the director sign off on any changes made without 24-hour notice to prevent things like this from happening. To make sure the employee is actually being notified of any change at the last minute

Had a manager change my shift at the end of the day when we clocked out and left already. Got a call the next morning saying why am I not at work. Same thing, told me that it’s my responsibility to check the schedule in case of any changes. But I’m like, I left the building already before you even posted the shift change. 🤦🏻♂️

happened to me and my manager was like we have you on our paper schedule that we personally write in ink with that you had work today. no I didn't. my schedule on the scheduling app said I had the day off. I sent her my schedule that was posted and she said dont trust that. I'm like YOU POST THE SCHEDULE ON THE APP YOURSELF

Awwww gotta love when they do the switcheroo . Why I always screenshot my schedule as soon as it’s posted. Cause baby I have a life outside of work and u need to be letting me know if u add me somewhere at the last min ✔️

Happened to me as well I don’t work morning I only work 3–11 got called into the office saying I was suppose to work 7-3 but I don’t do morning and kept my schedule and screen shot of my schedule she ended up being fired after I had a huge meeting I jumped first n my team follows behind me cuz I wasn’t the only one that it was happening to

I’ve had to sign now 2 pip’s because of workplace issues but yet when I asked to see the specifics on what I messed up on… they refused to show me. I feel like someone at my work is trying to make me get fired or quit… but I can’t prove it. 🙃
