Power pump!! Keep them on the whole drive, pump 30, off 30, pump 30, off 30! Trigger some cluster feeding to boost supply a little! That’s what I did for long drives, because why not! I was a just enougher last baby so I know the struggles!

Just here to remind you that you are free to reach the point of being done collecting milk! What you have provided for your baby is more than enough. I wish I told myself that sooner ❤️

I used to pump with my spectra in the car while driving on the way to work and on the way home. I just would throw a shirt or something over them lol

You need to get you a the thermos breastmilk holder. My daughter got one with her third and it's been a game changer

No matter what people say, you need to do what is best for you mentally. If pumping to try to boost your supply weighs on your mental status, it’s not worth it and you should never feel guilty about that! I do understand people feel “breast is best” but it doesn’t always work for everyone. A fed baby is best! You need to be yourself first all your babies! As a mom of 3 (all adults now) it’s a very hard transition from 2 to 3 so that In Itself is a lot! Sending you love and encouragement always!!

I was a spectra girl through and through and then I recently got the zomee H1 and it is a game changer! Definitely worth trying if you’d want to keep your supply!

not sure if you already do this. but I used a bit of nipple cream or pumping spray in my flanges before pumping and it always helped that awkward pulling sensation you can get even with the right flange size.

Genuine question because you keep saying it’s uncomfortable, do you have elastic nips?? If so try the pumping pals flanges! Those also helped me out a ton with production 😅 and was the only flanges I was comfortable in.

100% agree with getting collection cups and pumping with the spectra while driving! Legendairy milk cups and inserts are way comfy and my output was always similar. I never found a true wearable I liked. You betcha I drove with that spectra on the middle console and tubes into my shirt. I wasn’t willing to sacrifice my comfort and output for the crummy wearables

im so happy to see you got wearables. I will say you might want to check into getting the nipple flanges for the wearables. I had get the proper size to fit in the pump and it was a game changer
