@thebelfasttelegraph: LATEST | A mum of four has described how she and her children are ‘lucky to be alive’ following a pipe bomb attack in north Belfast. Nicola Nugent was woken from her bed by noises at around 3am in her Stanhope Street home in Carrick Hill.
