Yes we have a serial killer on Lady Bird Lake that just killed his 39 victim but the people who are supposed to protect us from all harm is in denial they say it's nothing to see here but bodies continually to fish out of the Lake. Please help us fortwith before we discovered our 40th body floating in Lady Bird Lake!
