@janiceaponte13: You know something needs to change. You've probably known for a while. You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Promised yourself that this time, you're going to do things differently. But then someone needs something. You feel guilty saying no. You worry about disappointing someone. Or you convince yourself it's just easier to handle it than deal with what happens if you don't. And before you know it, you're right back where you started. Here's what I want you to consider. Sometimes the hardest part of changing a habit isn't the behavior itself. It's learning to tolerate the discomfort of doing something differently. Especially when you've spent years being the person everyone depends on. You don't have to overhaul your entire life. Start by noticing the moment you're about to fall back into an old pattern. Pause before automatically saying yes. Ask yourself whether this is actually your responsibility or simply something you're accustomed to handling. Then make one different decision. It might feel uncomfortable. Someone might be disappointed. But if you keep waiting for change to feel easy, you may keep waiting. I'm curious: What keeps pulling you back into habits you've been trying to change? #BreakingTheCycle #BurnoutRecovery #BehaviorChange #HealthyBoundaries #WomenOver40
