@erikgronwallofficial: I DIDN’T SEE THIS COMING 🖤⠀ ⠀ Written in the Scars is a song from my latest album BAD BONES and I decided to make a video for every song on the album.⠀ ⠀ When I released this one I had a feeling there was something special about it… but I wasn’t prepared for the response.⠀ ⠀ The song is now getting picked up by commercial radio here and there and it seems to have taken on a life of its own. All thanks to you guys! ⠀ ⠀ Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for all your incredible reactions and for sharing your stories with me!! ⠀ ⠀ If there’s one thing this release and your reactions have reminded me of it’s how much power there is in sharing our stories. In opening up and in allowing ourselves to be vulnerable sometimes.⠀ ⠀ Because the paradox is that there’s enormous strength in being able to be vulnerable. It takes a lot of strength to have the courage to be weak sometimes!! ⠀ ⠀ Thank you 🖤 and special thanks to Abigirl_reacts for the reaction. ⠀ Songwriters: @fredrikthomander @jonatee @garywikstrom and me @erikgronwall

maybe my mind is tricking me, but I hear a bit of "Santa Fe" by Jon Bon Jovi in the chorus. I think the lines "Heading back to Santa Fe" & "Cause it's written in the scars" sound pretty similar 🤔
