Honestly, my experience has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, this is not a reliable car at all. On the very next day after purchasing it, the car suddenly stopped working while driving on the road. My wife was using the car to drop our children at school when it suddenly stopped right in the middle of the road. Imagine how stressful and dangerous that situation was. I called the company multiple times and spoke to several people. Every time, they kept saying, “Sir, we are looking into it,” “We are coming,” or “Please send us pictures.” But unfortunately, nobody showed up to help us. I was stranded on the road from approximately 8 AM until 11 AM, and nobody from the company came to assist us. The response was extremely disappointing, and I felt that we were simply being ignored. The car was not shifting into Drive (D) and was stuck in Neutral 👎. I have also come across reports from Dubai where people have described similar issues with the vehicle suddenly stopping while driving. To cut a long story short, I have returned the car today and accepted a financial loss of approximately PKR 500,000–600,000 just to get rid of it. I am sharing this experience to make people aware of what happened to me. Everyone has their own choice, and I am not telling anyone what to buy or what not to buy. However, based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise people to think very carefully before purchasing the JETOUR T2. For me, the car’s reliability and the company’s after-sales support have both been extremely disappointing. Please do your research before making such a big investment.
