Đáng ra đến độ tuổi Cha nên hưởng thụ thì phải vật lộn ở đây. Thế giới khắc nghiệt với ông ấy quá🥺

When I started this journey, I wasn't sure I could do it, I just knew I really wanted to try. Few months ago, I couldn't even swim. I had to juggle training with a full-time job, an injury, and my personal life, and there were so many moments where I thought about quitting. But somewhere along the way, I became the kind of person who keeps showing up, even when it's hard, even when it hurts. This wasn't about being the fastest. It was about proving myself that I can commit, endure and grow. That day, I didn't just finish the race - I became a version of myself I wasn't sure could exist. My younger self? She'd think I'm insane. I also want to add that triathlons are way too glamorised on social media these days, and I’m a victim of believing that too, but it’s important to know it’s incredibly hard work!!! If you’re thinking about doing a triathlon, here’s what I learnt: start your training early, you can’t leave it until the last minute. Swim WAY more than you think you need to, it’s so much harder than it looks. Add in brick sessions (running right after the bike) so your legs don’t get the shock of their life on race day (mine certainly did). Practice fuelling in training, because getting it wrong can ruin your race. Practice transitions (I spent over 20 minutes in T1 and T2 altogether, which led to missing my goal of sub 6h). And most importantly, turn up with an open mind and take it all in, the pain is temporary, but the feeling at the finish line will stay forever.🫶🏽 The truth? Training is the hardest part, and race day is the celebration of all the work you've put in. And that’s exactly why you should do it. This is your sign to take on something that scares you, you might just surprise yourself. I know I did. 🫶🏽 #ironman #ironman703 #triathlon #ironman703training
