@poultrycare: At Poultry Care, our point-of-lay birds are introduced to two housing systems as part of our carefully structured rearing programme. First, the Deep Litter System: Our birds are given the opportunity to walk freely, exercise their legs, develop strong bones, and express natural behaviours. With proper management, hygiene, and biosecurity, this system also supports their overall health and welfare. Next, the Cage System: Before transferring our birds to our esteemed clients, we gradually introduce them to the cage environment. This helps them become familiar with the housing system they will encounter on their new farms, making the transition smoother and supporting better adaptation. At Poultry Care, we don’t just raise birds; we prepare them for the realities of commercial egg production. Because we understand that successful poultry farming begins long before the first egg is laid.
