I get "food" poisoning by water last year, and obviously I had to drink water again 😅 really fast exposure but I realised that water in general wasn't obviously a problem

My emetaphobia was so bad when I was little cause that’s when it started when my sister was throwing up one night I went to sleep in our closet shakingg and I had to pee so bad but because she had just thrown up in the bathroom I didn’t wanna go in the br I had to go so bad I straight up just let it go and peed myself cause I was not going in that bathroom 😭😭

Today at school my friend had a headache but was crying so I suspected something. A few minutes later she said "I have to throw up I feel like it" and I freaked out I ran to a corner and sat down with these girls until I had to go to lunch where I sat at a completely diffrent table as her. People asked why I was sitting there so I told them I have emetophobia and they started fake gagging and more. It really annoyed me and made me upset but the girl ended up going home and I was fine for the rest of the day.

I’ve had emetophobia for about 7 years and I start panicking when I get nauseated I have no clue how to get over it but your videos really do help me.

when i was in elementary school i ate an orange popsicle and got sooo sick at home. from that time i hate anything and everything to do with oranges… just overall)

I love tai food, but I ate it and then had a seizure and threw up, I know it wasn’t the food. A week ago I ate tai food again, I was scared but I did it and I was ok!

I’ve been here with chicken I didn’t know I was beef baby at the time genuinely thought I had food poisoning from chicken and because of that I didn’t eat it for 13 years then I fell pregnant with my youngest child and I craved chicken burgers I still struggle to eat chicken but I will occasionally eat it but it’s so difficult when you enjoy a certain food and then something like that happens
