That's not how that works bro. People who did not accept God because they had no knowledge of our Lord will be judged on the contents of their heart. This we see in Romans 2:14-16. So this means people are judged on the morality that has been put in their hearts by God, this is the exception for only those who do not know of Jesus Christ. Therefore since children are the most innocent human beings amongst those who dwell upon the earth currently that means they essentially get a free pass. → hope this helps and God bless.
