Recipe makes 1 🥯 3 heaped tbsp (60g) self raising or brown/ plain/ all purpose flour (+ 1/2 tsp baking powder) 🥯 2 tbsp (50g) cottage cheese 🥯 bagel seasoning 1️⃣ Mix everything in a bowl to make a thick dough. 2️⃣ Squeeze the dough into a ball using floured hands. It should be soft not sticky. Add more flour if needed. 3️⃣ Shape into a large bagel and sprinkle over seasoning. 4️⃣ Air fry on 180C for 15 mins or oven bake on 180C for 30 mins.
