Even some gluten free certified ones I have reactions, mine is weird some I do have reactions and some I don’t, and I haven’t found one oat milk that’s hasn’t made me sick

As a celiac I cannot even have gluten free oats. My blood levels didn’t normalize until I cut out all oats.

These comments make me feel better about not tolerating even gluten free oats. I feel like if there is a little bit of oat flour I can sometimes be okay but like oatmeal or granola will make me feel so ill.

Most “gluten free” stickers for oats are complete bs because oats have been genetically modified with wheat and now can’t be certified gluten free
