This month I tried bulk meal prep to cut back on my family of 3 grocery bill and save time in the evening after I got home from work. Iwent to Sam’s Club and spent $200 on a variety of meat. For the items I couldn’t get from Sam’s Club I went to Walmart. I was able to prep the following: 1 pan of Lasagna 3 pans of Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta 3 Pans of Chicken Alfredo Stuff Shells 2 Meatloaf Pans 4 12ct bags of preseasoned chicken wings 3 4ct bags of chicken legs 2 pans of spaghetti 2 bags of Beef stew meat 2 bags of BBQ Pulled Chicken 4 1lb bags of ground beef (tacos) 1 Roast for Pot Roast 1 Roast for Birria Tacos
