Ashley’s Finds :
Yes! I have options for toddlers (pretzels and soft cheeseballs) and the typical candy for older kids.

I don’t let my toddler eat the candy but that’s because she’s two. We go trick or treating I eat the treats and she gets the fun experience and she doesn’t care

I only give my toddlers chocolate with no nuts or cookies, 🍪 I’m too paranoid for anything else

I know toddlers can’t eat marshmallows, but is it safe for them to eat Rice Krispie treats?

I always hope that parents are doing this because I don't necessarily buy toddler friendly candy. But maybe I should!

Hard candies, gum, gummy candies, tiny trinkets and balloons

Add hot chips to the list! They're terrible for their tummies!

My senior year of high school I went trick or treating and this sweet older lady was so excited to see my friend and I because she had already gone through all the candy and separated out the jaw breakers and handed each of us a FULL ziplock bag of them because she was afraid of accidentally giving them to a small child.

Our neighbor handed out crap that had button batteries last year. Why?!? Just why?!? Crazy part is they have young kids too.

so many people insist that the best candy to hand my toddler is a damn sucker. now im the bad guy when you could have just gave him the m&ms or Hershey bar that melts in his mouth. stop giving small children suckers!

My toddler has an EpiPen for dairy so no chocolate on our list either 🥺 I typically just switch out his candy (and brother with allergies) for dairy free alternatives after he goes to bed

Could one reduce any of them into a syrup or chop up and put in cookies? My kid loves sour stuff but may just claim lemon heads for myself.

Can you do a video of five things that you hope wind up in your toddler's Halloween bag?

in my opinion, it's too much effort. we let our kid do trick-or-treating, and then he gets a bag of kitkats and mini m&ms while we give the spoils of his night to a local family that uses it for stocking stuffers😅

we put out safe options for nearly everyone. bananas, juice pouches, fruit strips, chips and crackers, gummies, and a small bin of candy. aside from the candy, all dye free because mine can't have it.
