I just flew out of there yesterday. Security took a total of 9 minutes AND I had to be pat down. It’s one big hallway, if you got lost it’s your own fault.

Lies. There is absolutely no way to get lost and there are signs everywhere. The airport is beautiful and was very much needed!!! Way to go Burbank!! I was on one of the first flights out of the Southwest terminal on 10/13/26 😁

I agree, I just went through this morning. No signs for rental cars, busses standing room only. It was sad to see the old one in the distance. Also the drop off for departures was slammed at 9 AM

I had an effortless experience and it’s way better than the old one. For one it doesn’t have stained carpet throughout.

I like it but I was stunned. Valet was full. Traffic backed up way before drop off/pickup. For heaven’s sake. You’d think that would have at the top of the list to fix. Oh and the bathroom fixtures think I’m a ghost.
