@maga.life.2: Elon Musk demoed the Tesla Roadster 2 at the SpaceX facility in Texas and showed the car driving up a curved ramp, gripping upside down with suction, then using thrusters to flip, fly, and land. It jumped a line of other Teslas and hit 0 to 60 in under a second. He posted that flying cars are real. The car was controlled remotely. He called it not necessarily legal everywhere and not safety optimized, just fun taken to 11. The response from the usual accounts was immediate. They flocked to his own platform to call the demo lame, useless, and a distraction. The same people who spent years saying he was a Nazi for buying Twitter and opening the place up are now using that platform to tell everyone the flying car does not count. The technology works.
