The 51-year-old actor has pleaded not guilty to seven charges, including three counts of rape, involving six women and alleged offenses dating from 1999 to 2009. Prosecutors have accused Brand of behaving as a sexual predator over the decade. Brand denies all allegations of nonconsensual sexual activity. The trial is expected to last up to 10 weeks.
