They’ll draw all of your money out of your checking until it’s fixed so they can’t take it out

That is awful. Unfortunately it happens to a lot of us , the bank usually gets it fixed. With that being said pretty sure your sister will not let yall go hungry or do with out. I hope it gets fixed for you soon.

Get a rewards credit card and use it for everything. Pay it off at the end of the month and you will get rewards. This way your debit card or checking account number is not out there. You can also stop these transactions a lot easier than your checking account. And you will have proof of purchase. For instance the waste management expense.
