They will pull the data that the car records the whole time. This kid did this for some reason, there's no way unless he bypassed the systems so nope my FSD is safer than most people.

Musk did such a great job lying about what the vehicles are actually capable of that many people truly believe that the cars will just drive themselves. I just had a couple guys at work tell me they want Teslas so they’ll never get a DUI and can get blackout drunk whenever they want.

The only way to fall asleep in a Tesla on self driving without it immediately pulling over is to defeat the camera that watches you. Which some people do by hanging a doll head in front of it. So clearly this driver illegally modified his car
