Sculptra uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) to stimulate a tissue response that gradually increases collagen production over time. That slow progression is exactly why some people like it — the goal can be a more gradual, natural-looking change rather than suddenly looking “filled.” But Sculptra is still an injectable medical treatment, technique matters, and unlike HA filler it can’t simply be dissolved with hyaluronidase. So… Sculptra or filler? It depends on what you actually want.
