On Monday morning, she called him at 11 a.m. He did not answer, which she said was not unusual. She brought him lunch, and that was when she found him. She believes it was a “spur of the moment” decision. She says he did not leave a note. She said a close friend told her RJ had shared something that “he was very hurt over.” For three months, she had offered therapy. “No, I’ve got it,” she said he told her. “A mother should never have to find their child this way,” she said. She plans to speak publicly to help other families. “If I can say one person is helped, I think that’s what RJ would expect,” she said. RJ played Walter White Jr. on “Breaking Bad” from 2008 to 2013. He lived with cerebral palsy and advocated for disability awareness and inclusion. His family said he served as an ambassador for United Cerebral Palsy and Shriners Children’s.
