I made three calls to the police that were dismissed because hitting your child is allowed in Nevada. But it was finally not okay once he strangled my 12 year old that was 150 pounds smaller than him. But this was still only considered a misdemeanor. So after 7 years he had it taken off his record. Absolutely disgusting!!

Let the Green county courts prosecutors they blame it on COVID-19 when it happened in 17 the prosecutor did not pick up all the information when it came down to the case so they let them walk but I was told I did not have to go because I had seizures and there’s no possible way that I could possibly go.
