I had fractured my spine in that area three times parts that kept on fracturing off but tangled in my nerves on the left shoulder and now it to put bone spurs in my right I was used with two plates pretty impressive job

I got hit 37 mph through the windscreen crushed the a beam crushed the roof 4'odd into the roof when to hospital and got told that can't do anything for broken ribs thay x rays my chest 3 year's later still waiting on a MRI and full body x-ray s and a CT scan I have selfed

Many treatment Guidelines recommend manual therapy and spinal manipulation. I personally would try a chiropractor but would look for a gentle one that also does other therapies as well. Disc herniation can resorb over time.
