Would have looked better with the pony being a French twist and the curls being defined, if you wanted to embellish the twists at the top i would do hair jewelry or individual pearls in the hair. The pearls look plastic and they look like they were just set loosely to hide her scalp

I think the bead work throws this off. Perhaps lighter and a softer color not and not the large bead something a little smaller than what is on her. Gives it a delicate vibe. But this is a old 90's hair style even I wore something similar.
