@not_plain: Christopher “Dodge” Smith is now charged with first-degree murder following the death of his girlfriend, Jessica Antolini, 30. According to Florida investigators, Smith allegedly shot Antolini during an argument outside a bar in Safety Harbor on October 13, then ran her over while fleeing. His five-year-old daughter was inside the vehicle as he drove away. Antolini died two days later. Smith also faces a child abuse charge. What makes this case particularly disturbing is the presence of a young child during such a violent incident. Authorities have not established exactly what the child witnessed. A five-year-old was caught in the middle of an alleged deadly confrontation between adults. #JessicaAntolini #ChristopherDodgeSmith #FloridaNews #NotPlain
