What’s your thought on managers who will talk down to you and be very rude and angry and even swearing. But they let you do the same back and at the end of the day, it’s all forgotten.

Stupid attitude. As a senior manager within a global company, I would never expect any employee to carry out a task that I’m not prepared to do myself. I fully encourage all my team to advance as much as they want to. It would concern me to discover any of team was scared.

they r the same as we are but hqve more responsibillities of which ine they are counting, I am emploee in Lidl and we have amazing stuff 🥰🥰🥰🥰👌 managers working so much hard and showing us excellent examples if anyone have ambitious can do this....I have😁.. without good relationships with their team can not work efficiently....this is a chain... everybody work is very much important for all the workpllace environment👌👌👌👌 thank you thqt you do that post🥰

I agree with you I have meeting with them nothing gets done ,, I have always been saving a little out my wages ,, but with the cost off living fuel food gas electricity rent water tv licence and so on it's getting alot harder to save anything xxxx
