in the UK a popular brand is tommee tippee and they have formula pods that fit inside the bottle. also, thermos full of fresh boiled water for later!

Please don't shake your milk 🫶🏻. It gives bubbles (air) that make your baby have gas and have more cramps 🙈. The ziplock seems like a good idea 😁

I fill my bottles with distilled water and carry the formula in the diaper and just add the formula to water when it’s needed
