@sistersaround__: As food lovers, we couldn’t visit Parma without diving into its incredible local cuisine! One of our must-tries was Osteria Dei Servi , a restaurant that takes pride in serving traditional Parmigiana dishes. 🤌🏼 With the sun shining, we took full advantage of the outdoor seating and enjoyed the most delicious lunch al fresco. ☀️🍷 Here’s what we tried (and absolutely loved 😍): 🧀 A selection of local cured meats and Parmigiano Reggiano, true taste of Parma 🍄 Torta fritta & fried mushrooms crispy, golden, and utterly delicious 🍝 Tagliatelle caserecce al ragù bianco dei Servi, comforting pasta with a rich beef ragù 🥩 Guancialino di maiale di Parma, brasato al Lambrusco, tender, slow-braised pork cheek with Lambrusco, served with warm potato pie and seasonal herbs.
