She’s doesn’t have billions in the bank. She is worth a billion with all her music now being owned by her. And there’s so many artists if she waited to drop her stuff until someone isn’t dropping theirs she’d never be able to drop anything.

Not disagreeing with you in the slightest but I think every artist does this to an extent and everything is calculated with artists. I just think it’s more noticeable with taylor cause she’s the biggest pop star in the world and is going to get listens and sales from fans regardless and she doesn’t 20 millions variations of the same song. BUT (fact check me) no prominent artist dropped albums the same week as showgirl, TTPD or midnights. It’s more so her just dropping variants and those are gonna block prominent artists from charts
