I had so much going on yesterday I couldn’t stop to feel my feelings about this. Hearing this reminded me to connect and process them. We were just there visiting over the weekend, and it’s such a beautiful town. It’s a tragedy every time, it adds a level of surrealism when just days ago I was dreaming of what it would be like to live there. This doesn’t change that, it’s just a weird combination of feelings.

I’m just learning about this because I work nights so I was asleep when whatever happened then clocked in at work and im seeing something happened at a school for autistic children on picture day??? I don’t have the heart to look it up

It’s so sad that this is such a common occurrence in America, people either don’t know about it because it doesn’t make the news or people don’t care because they think thoughts and prayers are enough. And this mentality starts with the people in charge
