@7.news.watertown: Two Chinese nationals charged with grand larceny and conspiracy in an alleged Ogdensburg scam case did not appear for their St. Lawrence County arraignment. Defense attorneys told the court the men had been deported before the hearing, and a bench warrant was issued. The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court. Court documents allege the men came to Ogdensburg to collect $50,000 after someone impersonating a Federal Trade Commission employee told a woman she owed money.
