@miwayimmigration: #greenscreen It appears as if IRCC has updated their LMIA/work permit extension concurrent processing guidelines again from 90 days to "until they receive the LMIA or CAQ decision. This means that provided that the LMIA application was submitted prior to the work permit extension, IRCC will hold the work permit extension application in abeyance until a decision is made on the LMIA application. #miwayimmigration #lmia
