I work at Academy and if you don’t get enough credit cards, they will cut your hours and I got about 40 last month and they cut my hours this month to only working one day every two weeks

My store would encourage us to ask the youngest customers most cause 18 year olds don’t have credit yet and I felt so icky doing eligibility checks for them. Worst card to be your first credit card

We dont havw to force the credit cards, but where i work we need to get 26% of daily customers who dont have a rewards card to sign up or we get fired. The only reason I actually work to do it is cause whoever gets the most gets a 50 cent raise every few months

I use to work at Home Depot and every credit sign up we could pick something out of the store (food only) I use to have so many bags of chips and candy at the end of the night they stopped giving us stuff🤣🤣🤣
