Dr. Please I’ve been diagnosed of bilateral polycystic ovarian syndrome or pcom, the scan showed immature egg around the fallopian tube but I get my menses every month. I flow normal, my question is do I ovulate every month? Because ovulation has to happen before you can menstruate

I was diagnosed with bilateral ovarian syndrome, after coming to understand what exactly it is, I realized it’s about life style, and what you consume. So even though I was taking supplements, I changed my lifestyle, stressed myself less, increased my protein intake and also reduced my sugar intake ,made sure I had enough rest and made sure I do little exercise every day at least go for walks. And now I feel way better than before.
