Mine finally calmed with Singulair, it was the missing piece. Which is neither a mast cell stabilizer or a antihistamine, it’s anti leuoktriene

this is EXACTLY what I needed. I'm taking Allegra but still the effects are pretty strong. And I understand that I can't keep blocking the receptor, I need to find ways to stabilize the mast cells. Without knowing it, I've experientially found out that quercetin helps me a lot. Probably interferes with iron levels or at least iron absorption, cause I've been having some issues with that as well lately. I'll definitely try the other two. Thank you very much for sharing 🙏🏻
