You have to make that arrest without causing any harm towards them, or putting him in danger because that could easily back fire onto you him using a pickaxe to break that window which is a destruction of property, also almost injuring the driver while he is inside. The way they handled was very bad this is why you don’t try citizen arrest and let cops handle everything. The driver had already been in a complete stop everything after that is extra.
