This is genuinely an asset especially with public funds. This could flag out every dirty public funds transaction done by politicians and most public institutions. This could structure a clear strategy on how we could save our country out of its debt. Unfortunately, many are not ready to talk about such ideas but are ready to be fooled by the same leaders who are sure this could help. The same leaders are sure we could do this towards victory but since corruption takes control, not even one leader is ready to talk about this. Imagine having a leader who sees deep into this. This is good. Building something that you understand and you could present it perfectly is more than gold if you ask me. Keep up. 💯

@Michael Lane: Get parliament Budget Books i.e. Programme Based Budget (PBB) Book, Recurrent Expenditure Estimates, and Development Expenditure Estimates. They contain very specific expenditure line items called votes, that track even tea cups that Govt buy. Then compare them to actual spending via Auditor-General's Report. Brilliant. If possible, it should pull data from EGP & BRS, let's know who is awarded, the directors of these companies and delivery timelines of these projects. Considering its our taxes, we can have a legislation that enables us to have visibility of who these people are. This should be of interest to EACC, controller of Budget and OAG.

Funny thing, I have thought of building something like this, I didn't do it. I've also thought of extending it to money allocation using block chain technology, such that 100% of the money collected can be traced by any mwananchi. I have also not done it, perhaps we can have an open source directory for these things such that anyone can contribute....
