Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. 2. Add the eggs, warm milk, and butter. Knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth and elastic. 3. Cover and let the dough rise for 1½–2 hours, or until doubled in size. 4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a smooth ball. 5. Place on parchment paper, cover, and let rise again for 30–45 minutes. 6. Heat oil to 170°C (340°F) and fry for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. 7. Drain on paper towels, brush lightly with melted butter, and coat in sugar while still warm. 8. Once slightly cooled, use a piping nozzle to make a hole in each Bombolini and fill 4 with Kinder Bueno spread and 4 with Nutella. 9.
