I can’t remember what show it was, it was one of those like history time period dramas or whatever and it had a line in it that was something akin to “men do their fighting on the battlefields, while we battle in the birthing room.” And I never found much comfort in it in that setting because yk- patriarchy and women oppression. But this? The way he’s looking at you? Just- wow. The love and adoration in his eyes for you needs to be in a romance novel
