I use to be a personal trainer and worked in a few different gyms and what's funny is the girls who trained for competitions like bikini, figure or full on bodybuilding they ALWAYS wore big sweatshirts and baggy sweats and they would practice the pose side of stuff with a coach in like a completely separate room. And they were training to be seen lol
