Well before you all jump to conclusions just know I had a sister that did not drink, smoke or ever do drugs, and she was like this once and we never found out why. They chalked it up to a blood pressure thing. But she was just like this woman.

They should have taken her to the hospital and had them administer charcoal after taking her blood to do a drug screen. I mean, really? And called another family member to watch the children. First priority was to get video and record for public entertainment? This does not look good for the cops...
