@reverseinsulinresistance: Your vision's going blurry. And you're blaming your screen. But your blood sugar is the problem. When glucose runs high, an enzyme in your eye's lens converts the excess into sorbitol. Sorbitol pulls water in. The lens swells, warps, can't focus properly. But the same sugar is also damaging the tiny blood vessels in your retina. Starving them of oxygen. The blur is your warning shot. Here's the plan. Bring your glucose down. Tighter control cuts serious complications by 25%. Lutein, 10 milligrams a day. Cooked spinach with olive oil for absorption. Get your retinas photographed at least yearly. That catches damage before you can see it. If the blur doesn't clear, or you see flashes or a curtain, get seen the same day. Your eyes are sending a signal. Don't ignore it. If you want the exact natural protocol I use to help reverse insulin resistance, reduce cravings and support fat loss naturally, comment "protocol" below or check the link in my bio.
