me when I go to government hospital I will pay the doctor money if need be.coz at the end of the day government doesn't make loss when I die it's my children n parents who feel the pain n loss.so as long as doctors save my life I will pay the bribe a million times.

Me personally during my senior six, a female surgeon worked on me very well in Hoima RRH. After my exam I went to the hospital looking for her to thank her and I could not see her anymore . It pains me up to now
