respect has been tought since from primary school. it says when ever your talking to someone above you or your elderly don't pocket your hands even don't put on ear phone's. i think minister might be right because it shows disrespect. talking to someone meanwhile pocketing is maybe when you're talking to your fellow business partners. prove me wrong
