@nahnaammy: A few weeks ago, I posted my Nkwobi recipe, and some of you asked for Abacha. So here it is! I used the stir-fry method this time. I cooked my palm oil and all my ingredients first, turned off the heat, then mixed in my abacha. No potash emulsification needed! Ingredients Abacha Palm oil Ugba Ground crayfish Scotch bonnet pepper Ehuru (African nutmeg) Ogiri Seasoning cube Salt to taste Onion Ponmo Garden egg Utazi leaves Fried fish Method Toast your ehuru, crayfish and chili pepper, and blend that using your @Buchymix Nigeria dry mill grinder. Heat your palm oil, add your crayfish blend, pepper, ehuru, ogiri, seasoning cube, salt and onions, ugba. Stir and allow everything to cook.Turn off the heat before adding your drained abacha. Mix thoroughly and garnish with garden egg, fried fish and utazi leaves. I also made some ponmo sauce on the side. Abacha lovers, where are you?
