Run cmd, ipconfig /release then renew ping host else fails go to device manager uninstall driver the re install , go to cmd and then ping host , problem solved

Patch panel. Wall socket probably not even connected to switch. Wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a cable run from wall to server.

There will be a lot of possible issues. First change connection to static ip set correct ip address, mask, gateway and DNS serwer associated witch domain. Test a connection ping, tracert, nslookup. Next step if there is no connection check VLAN on switch and IP on the router. If there is no issues, maybe DNS on the server will be configured incorrectly. In this case there is no one possible issue a lot of components will provide it. Sorry for my badly English

check phychical layer from socket -> patch panel -> switch since it's says unplugged meaning it's physical layer so this why I ignore the other layer probability such as (port security- Vlan - ACL - DHCP - DNS etc..)

check the patch cable for that drop is actually plugged into the switch. if not labeled use a toning device to find the correct drop

always test the simplest and most likely causes first, before investigating advanced security settings. if correctly patched and enabled, test the wall cabling and socket using a cable tester.
