@thebearded_legend: If you see me today and feel like you don’t recognize me, there’s a reason for that. I’m not the same person I used to be. Life has changed me in ways I never wanted or expected. I’ve been through things that have changed how I see the world, how I think, and how I choose to live. But I’ve learned something along the way. I can’t let the bad things I’ve been through destroy the life I still have left to live. I still have places to see, memories to make, adventures to experience, and reasons to smile. And I’m not going to let what happened yesterday take those things away from tomorrow. So if you don’t recognize the person I’m becoming, that’s okay. You don’t have to understand every change I’ve made. Because there’s one thing about me that life has never changed, and that’s my heart.
